shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders,
shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there
will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.
We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to
correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have
provided an incorrect shipping address.

4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are
subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
www.mybabymy.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information
states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to
the local authorities.

6. RETURN REQUEST DAYS
www.mybabymy.com allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 30 days. Kindly be advised
that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.

7. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
www.mybabymy.com has the following options in the event there are items which are out of stock
www.mybabymy.com end available items first and send remaining items when items arrive back in
stock.

8. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES
When dealing with www.mybabymy.com you have the following options when it comes to taxes as
well as import duties:You have the option of pre-paying whereby www.mybabymy.com will include
the amount in the price of the order.

Return Policy

If you're unsatisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you can initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the item's arrival date.

All return requests will be evaluated, and our friendly customer service will be happy to assist you throughout the process.

If you receive a damaged, different, or nonfunctional item, you can return it within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund.

1. To be eligible for returns/exchanges, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.

2. We don't provide free return shipping, and we don't refund any fees associated with return shippings.

3. To ensure that your Return is valid and eligible for a refund:

Refund Policy 

      1. If your order doesn't include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the items, equal to the price shown on our site (Item's original price).

       2. If your order includes promotions or discounts, the calculated price you've paid for the item is adjusted accordingly.    This will lead to differences in the Refund's amount, from the original cost of the items. Should you wish to check how much is the amount of the items after the discounts, you may check your order summary under your account.

• If you are not satisfied with the items in your order and wish to return them for a refund,  please follow the steps in accordance with our Return Policy. We can only process returns that adhere to this policy.
